Damaged or Defective Items

Failure to provide requested documentation may delay resolution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback.
Filing a payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution, as we will provide transaction records, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation as part of our response process.
